Has info on how to use macros to cast spells, target, use items, focus, and serveral other subjects. Will be a good read for most other classes too. The automated No, sorry is one for everyone :D

Use it as your shackle macro.  Bind a key to the macro.

Press key whilst targetting the mob you want to shackle - this both sets the mob as a focus target and casts shackle on it.
Now change target and start healing normally by targeting other raid members.  If you want to reshackle your focus target just hit the macro key again (you do NOT need to retarget it).  This means a quick shackle without any retargeting and minimises healing interrupts.

If you have set a focus shackle target already but want to shackle a different target simply press CTRL+hotkey that you bound to that macro.

It becomes much more obviosu if you have Focus Target enabled in your unit frames otherwise you get all confused as to when you do and do not have a focus target set.
