About the apply. Nice addition to the second raid group i would say (don't know when it is going to be formed).
As I said in the other thread, both this and the other priest app could do with a respec to make them raid friendly - and the respec would also make immediate improvements to their healing output too. Point them at me if they get invited and I can talk them through the things that they should consider for their talent build.

had problems talking to him, dont think he understands english well, takes lots of time to explain a simple thing
allready told him to be more active on the forums to ansver these.. but another reminder wouldn't hurt.

had a chat yesterday and asked why he doesnt raid with us,
his answer was: ive never been asked to (in destroyed english), i asked if he knew that he must signup on the forums and after 30 mins no responce
seems like someone else who didnt bother reading the forums

i tryed to get him to sign up on forums but he didnt but i think he will raid, spiri is cover incase he doesnt come
he gquit today!
I kicked him out of the raid for being a total muppet, this was consensus of all officers online, he wiped us multipul times. was just being a total idiot in the raid.
We also all felt that he wouldnt give the guild a good name and was a real risk to our reputation. good ridance.
He was a complete jerk and called us egoists for not clearing all the room for the questmob on the way to aran, in which several others had and are very clear 3 hours after we cleared the shade.
Everyone tried to tell him, but he still wouldnt listen and wiped us a few times for not healing.
And it was very hard communicating with him when he refuses to fix TS and he wont listen to what we type in the raidchat to him.
Plus he spammed the /silly which was very annoying and he was asked from several raiders to not do it so much.
In which he did not comply to..
I agree with Sheepy, good ridance, and if he hadn't gquitted I would have been very close to kick him out myself. His attitude was clearly no good.
