Title: Rare treats that are good to eat!
Post by: merdok on October 01, 2007, 01:22:53 PM
With it being a special occasion (my 1st lan party - awwwww) I'd really like a delicious (and large) bag of chocolate covered pretzels to much on throughout the weekend.

Does anyone know where I can locate these wonderous little snacks in either the Hull or March area?

There's a pint in it for ya!

If I remember correctly there is a rather large supermarket not far from the Hotel. 5 mins driving or something. Might find it there. A safe bet would be to talk to FatBob who lives in March.

1 supermarket around 1,5 minutes walk away and the larger one as Sadako says. Also what Sadako said about FB.

Sadako is probably bringing Djunglefrall (sorry if not spelled correct), then you'll have your salt, I'm bringing Dutch cookies; syrupwaffles. In the UK they only sell them in the smaller versions and are overpriced @ Starbucks...

yes, I've heard great, epic tales of your syrup waffles.

I may have to partake in a packet of them.

Epictales? Do you play WoW or something?
It would sound like a quest.
Haggle off a pack of surypwaffles from the Dutch guy called DuVeL.
+1 cooky baking will be your reward.

Comments; Not sure if it's haggle off and I don't play WoW...

s**t in a bag .....   They haunt my dreams forever :byesad:

Sadako explained them to me once .. something about real vikings keeping them in their pants for a week or two before trying to eat them ...makes them more pallet-able apparently

Why shouldn't he? As they in addition to be really really really salty, also are really really good :flirty:

We should have 'em in Norway as well I think - haven't seen 'em in any of the shops close to where I currently live though...
