Title: i cant create server...

it just freezes at "establishing  connection to server"
ive  tried  reinstalled cs and it worked for about 3 times...
any suggestions?

Try the old blobfile remove it..restart steam maybe it helps..

but it happens all the time
also when ive turned off the computer and such...

It could be caused by firewall.
