Servers restarted, loags avail through FTP (Ive added the TF2 server logs dir to FTP so you can get to it also)

PS someone had started another session of TF2 using the batch files on the desktop. Please don't do this unless you kill the existing watchdog batch file first. They are set to show the name of the server they are protecting.

It's the "cstrike\addons\sourcemod\logs" directory I need to see as that is where all of the SourceMod errors get written.

Seems like SourceMod crashes the server a lot - I am getting one request per night via MSN to reboot the server - is it worth using whilst it is so unstable?

It's going to be one of the plugins causing the stability issues.  I don't have server access or access to the SourceMod logs, but if someone could let me know what the errors are, on the screen and in the SourceMod logs area (or give me access through the FTP account) then we could identify the plugin causing the issue and remove it.

All of the plugins other than the base ones could be removed from Meathook/Baldric but we need them on Boomer.

There have been a number of updates to SourceMod since last weekend. This one could help prevent crashes caused by bad plugins
Quotesourcemod now intelligently unloads plugins which are leaking insane amounts of handles. these unloads get logged to sourcemod_fatal.log

I'll download, test and bundle it up this evening.

Boomer has just crashed again and TL restarted it.  Could BB/OB please set me up with FTP access to the Sourcemod logs directory.  I'd love to find out what's causing the problems.

There are a lot of errors being logged for spec.smx, the plugin that stops you joining spec for extra cash.  Can you please move it to the disabled folder (or delete it).  The other problem is with the restrict.smx plugin used for weapon restrictions, it has a serious memory leak and I'm pretty sure it will be causing the crashing.  I'm checking to see if there are any updates for it.

There is a newer version of the restrict plugin available and the memory leak has been fixed :)

It's sitting in the FTP area under the cstrike folder.  Just overwrite the current files please.  It will take affect at the next map change.

It looks like Boomer crashed when I did an "sm plugins reload restrict". I should probably have waited until map change but I didn't expect it to crash the server.  Could you restart it please (hopefully last time for a while).

I've just been checking the logs/memory usage and things look good.

Please post in here if you do need to restart the server.
