But I believe that patch 2.3 is out as of NOW!  Patch 2.3. (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/underdev/implemented/2p3.html)

Some nice new looking features, including faster leveling from 20-60 *Victory dance*.

yeah they've buffed 20-60, lowering the XP to level and adding more quests around the area (especially dustwallow marsh)
