Here are the accounts for LAN XII.
LAN fees 29 x £15 = £435 (There were 31 attendees - Sulky had his fees returned for spending hours fixing other people's machines and TL fees to come).
Misc revenue = £109
This was from:
Sales of Syrupwaffles = £45
Two x LAN poloshirts = £30 (Smilodon & Jamoe)
Sales of games Prey & Stalker = £13
Donations from People inc. Duvel, Gorion & Bob = £21
Total Money in = £559
Money out - £75 for prizes paid back to Sheepy.
NET PROFITS - £484
TL is adding his fees separately so I have sent £469 to server funds.
Thanks to everyone.

PS. On behalf of the server fund I would like to add particular thanks to DuVeL. Not only did he contribute the funds raised from the sales of syrupwaffles to the Server funds (£45) but also donated other cash. His generosity therefore raised over £50 for the server fund ! :thumb:
Nice one guys and well done Pete
Wow, congrats guys! Especially DuVeL. :D
Good job!! :)
Good job - and cheers Duv :D
wow.. 13 quid for those games.. I should have ebayed them..
Maybe you're right in hindsight although a quick look at EBAY and it looks like there's a plethora of them up for a £1 which are not being bid on....
There seems to be a real lack of enthusiasm for anything other than our core games. We couldn't even *give* half of the games we got away. Certainly a few of the oldest ones got binned as we'd taken them to and from the last few lans and no bugger wanted them. Just a shame we didn't have a few copies of COD4 to sell...... they would have gone faster than DuVeL's syrupwaffles!

Aww:oops:
I didn't buy that much, just bought some RAM for my twinbro and from my moneyleftovers a game.
Not sure if I'll attend next LAN but maybe I can work something out for the syrupwaffle thing as in shipping them and then for Pen to sell @ the LAN.
BTW, nothing will sell faster then my syrupwaffles. (Bought CoD4 online allready...),.
Nice amount of profit from the weekend

Are you sure you got that totally correct? Either you have to check your papers, or you have to refresh my memory, cause I can't remember donating anything to the fund this time... If you didn't put a price on that chocolate I gave away for prices, that is (and if so, you priced 'em waaay too low, cause that chocolate is invaluable :narnar:)...

I have you down as contributing £3 for something. TBH I can't remember what it was for, but I wouldn't have written it down unless you did ?

Hmm, I'm totally blank here :g:
(And no, I wasn't that drunk...)
If somebody feels left out and mean their name should be in front of those £3 instead, than just speak out - cause I don't think it was me... With emphasize on think...

Sulky - no it's not you. I have you listed already.... lol @ that silly string stuff.
KKND - This is only related to money collected at the LAN. I'm not privy to the Paypal account I'm afraid. TL's planning to go through and update the donations and accounts in due course.
