When I start TF2 it takes 3 times longer to get in game than counterstrike, so it takes about 4-5 minutes or so. Does anyone else experience this? Or is it just me.
If it's just me then I might look into it further.

I have this too, well i did, i haven't been on for a while, it took ages to get onto a server.
