Killed him today.

Macro i used:
Quote/ra Phase 1 tank: Goregrinder, Kelseypoo, Phase 2 tank: Beset, Limps
/ra Phase 1 healer: Evoxer, Beset, Phase 2 healer: Lunares, Goregrinder
/ra Phase 1 DPS: Vanguish, Limps, Phase 2, Iressa, Kelseypoo
/ra for those haveing to switch, after 20-30s

Reasoning:
Tank 1a / 2a are the best and should be able to keep for 30 out of the 45 seconds, Tank 1b / 2b can be any class with decent armor, dodge, or other avoidance, say anything but healers/cloth, allthough paladins work due to high armor.
Healer 1a / 2a should be your best healers, to be switched 1b / 2b non magic using Dps or your 3th healer half way into the fase (20-25sec in) standing in this beam reduces maximum mana and is thus no good for mages/hunters as it will cause them mana problems, locks can work due to lifetap, melee dont have mana, but will still interupt.
Anything that is left can interup the dps beam, preferably ranged magic dps as they get a dmg boost, switch after 20-25 sec to avoid they get to much dmg from the debuff it amplifies magic dmmg taken from boss AOE spell
