Title: Loot prioritys
Post by: sheepy on January 27, 2008, 10:13:16 PM
There has been a discussion tonight among a few officers. We have come to a conclusion that we belive will benifit the guild and that people cannot complaine about being unfair.

Simply that people who are regualrly attending raids and are putting more time in to raiding will get priority on higer tier loot than people that are not raiding regularly. ** this will be at officers disgression, please do not question this as it will have to be over a consensus of all officers in the raid **

ie the more time you put in the more you will get out.

That kind of sounds similar to having a DKP list (without the administrative overhead) :flirty: . Good move imo.

Can I just say that there are currently very few raiding officers.  Most are sub officers at present.  Do sub-officers have a vote? (personally I don't mind)...

And what happens if no full officers attend the raid that evening?

My guess would be to wait and see that they have deliberated and then go from there.  I'm sure some contingency procedures will be in place.

Any sort of system will be ok i guess

but if your going to use DKP
can we please use different sets of dkp
i really dont want to go back to karazhan to be able to get loot in ZA like back in the old says with mc/bwl was the case
If people raid Just for the dkp the focus really goes down the drain
i know its a lot of work, but do you really want people to raid when they rather be doing something else or stop raiding becos of it

That's a fair point & I know that different DKP tables for different instances will be one of the things under discussion.

Seems like a good idea to me :) DKP seems to work ok with serperate tables for seperate instances from what ive seen in other guilds.. Im sure the officers will hit the nail on the head and get it right.
