Folks, it;s time you started doing some DKP or went full loot council.  Sheepy posted a thread up about a discussion you folks had last night and Sandrion has already raised a fair comment.

Now that you are officially a 25 person raid guild (gratz!) you need to decide whether to go Loot Council, full rolls or DKP.  Happy to get involved to give you the low down on the systems I have been involved with in the past and my opinion of their good and bad points, but it's best done on TS not in a thread. Only thing I will say is that you need to have this discussion NOW and issue a decision before you go back to Gruul.

Who got the phat loot btw from Maulgar?

Folks, it's the 30th adn we really do need to move this along a bit.  As you can see from the member section it is developing a life of its own in the vacuum that is the lack of other comment.  I'm happy to help but you need to speak up.

Thread moved to Raid Section for Gore to see too.

I would like some kind of system going for loot

Mys got Tier4 shoulders on her 1st raid(grats btw ),which was kinda unfair to regular raid ppl

also there needs to be a full regular 25 SOG raid for the dkp to work, and will it just be for Gruul,SSC,ZA and TK

these need to be discussed properly and indepth to get it right!

I will go along with any system that has support, id rather would like to avoid DKP as it is quite a pain to manage and maintain. Loot council or "weighted" rolls (based on degree of attendance, or guild rank) is a good for me.

For info only and to be part of the future officer discussion.

Take a look at WebDKP (//www.webdkp.com) and consider implementing a closed bid system with time-based (eg every 30 mins) DKP awards with a cap to avoid stockpiling of DKP.
