Sounds like a plan :) How about a Peggle competition as well?! :)

There is opportunity to run on-the-spot competitions during the weekend (so long as they don't clash with the official ones preferably :))

We'll have a whiteboard with the comps and timings and can add these extras ones to let people know.

The idea behinds having a little tourney is I have come across a few songs which can really take you by surprise with the changes in pitch etc.

I was thinking of getting the top ten I have found and then we can see who's scores the highest overall :)

Hang on there.

Before you go buying it, we need to establish whether anyone else is planning to as well... else you'll be doing a Benny at the LAN and playing with yourself.

Can the demo be played multiplayer? Is it too limiting to run the demo at the LAN?

T'Demo only lasts for about 5 tracks.
The idea was I would bring a flash stick with 10 mp3s picked by me and we could just see who can get the overall top score...

Not sure if there is any multiplayer scoreboards?

Its worth buying just even without the LAN support as its a brilliant game in its own right... one of the features is that it uses each individual song as a online global score list, therfore you can have fun trying to get the highest score for that song.

At the end of the day its night.
Apart from that if you like the demo, its about a fiver for the game.

Just depends if you like that sort of thing
