Sorry to ask dumb questions.. but here goes.
A.Going up to my Druid trainer I am given the option to unlearn ? Do I unlearn spells or skills. What are the advantages of unlearning.
I have learned Herbalism as a skill and use it a lot but don't use my leather working which I could swap for fishing or cooking. Could I unlearn it ?
B.Also I bought a pet Owl but he don't do anything except follow me ( I killed another owl and he didn't join in, guess that's not because it was his sister or brother) Will he level up and develop a backbone or am I barking up the wrong tree.
C.Why cant I buy anything to cover my shoulders. :boxing:
D.Talents why so few points ? when do you get more ? :sideways:
Sithysithvid (feel free to add me):yahoo:

A) = Unlearn is to reset your talents, Fishing + cooking don't require profession slots so you can keep your leatherworking, as well as learn fishing + Cooking + First Aid
B) = A pet owl is a "non-combat pet" it just follows you about.
C) = You will get shoulder pads at around Level 17 or higher.
D) = You get a Talent Point each level, 1 @ Level 10, another 1 @ Level 11, etc in total of 61 points @ Level 70
If you wish to unlearn LW to pick up alchemy or so then go to charater, skills, click leatherworking, and then the small red box, it will prompt a confermation window.
The unlearn option resets your talent trees, this will go up in cost from in steps of 5g i think to a max of 50g.
Thanks for that some of it is starting to make sense.
Why do people on trial accounts always seem more friendly than the rest ? you can't trade with them but they help you out more.
Just an observation.
Well m8, you can whisper me, and ill come and help you out a bit. Its mostly cause ppl doing dun and such for the 15th time dont really feel much for "noobs" that dont know anything. Thier just on thier way through asap, vs a trail who has everything new.
Cheers will do.
Addicted now I think.:crying:

Barking up the wrong tree indeed my friend :) Only hunters can tame beasts and use them in combat.
(and why is this stupid to ask?)
The owl is going back to the shop

The other class that can use combat pets is warlock, and to some degree the water elemental from a frost mage and fire/earth elementals from shaman.
Only lock and hunter have a permanet combat pet though.
Well I can turn into a bear myself now so I'm stuff the Owl...
