Well since god is omnipresent, and the goverment is the biggest chunk of regulatory mojo, id say they pay.
 
They did the same with a bear in ukraine or there abouts, the bear was fined and the city had to pay. :lmfao:

And if omnipotent he would have known this would happen even before he made Earth. So that would have been done for a higher meaning. Uhm...

I think america has to pay him, they always do stupid stuff. How about a friendly sum of 100.000.000.000.000 dollars, maybe he can split it with some 3rd world nations.
