Can some one please advise on what the plans are for 25 man raiding,other than we need more members.. and what is happening about the recruitment side of things to get our numbers up again??
I'd like see a little more progress in getting the recruitment up!
We are slowly drip feeding people into the guild ... 25 man stuff is on hold as we just dont have enough active so we push the 10 man
As for how to get more members thats been raised a few times .. The problem is sorting the plebs from good guys. Sounds easy but out of 5/6 wispers a week only 1 will ever make it thru to having the mental capacity to register with the forums
As far as i've seem we've been getting classes that we don't really need applying to the guild, as far as i know we need more ranged dps (hunter locks mages) Cause we're mostly melee heavy to be honest....
and If we get more people = More kara runs = more active members = 25man raids for us bored people (although im not bored :P)
And the classes no one wants Healers / Tanks
Aye, sorting out the people with an IQ of a peanut (like Arfus) and people who know how to play decent is tough. Had a few people whisper me about SoG only to tell them to post on the forums, lets see how far they get :lmfao:
