I will be leaving Bournemouth at 8/9am and should be there around midday/1pm.
I am bringing a 16 port switch just in case we need another one :).
I shall be there by 12 at the latest, I will try and get in earlier to help setup.

Fair point. Actually nothing much happens till they wheel in the dead cow at about eight PM Friday.
