I made icecream using liquid nitrogen but took the "safety precaution" of mixing it with a spoon not a blender.
Liquid nitrogen needs very carefull handeling as it can give you bad frostburns, also with metal spoons and anything else heat conductive. I wouldnt recommend ppl using it in the kitchen :sideways:
