To me yarr, but maybe not to all!  The Blizz shop is sold out already.  However it will cause issues ot raids that regularly swap toons for partiuclar bosses, or allow other members to play an absent member's toon for a particular boss fight.

There are simpler solutions which would solve a lot of the problems, but then Blizz gets to charge money for these.

Its a good idea, but well its not free, which is lame, since i see it more as a service blizzard should provide, like the Rabobank (dutch bank) which uses similiar when you are transferring money online. I mean they make bilions a year, they should atleast give this extra protection free.
