If you spawn with the bomb then it is your job to plant it.
Throwing the bomb to someone else at spawn because you'd rather get frags than worry about planting is not acceptable.
The only time that it is acceptable to give the bomb to someone else is if it is done for tactical reasons: low health, sniping and you don't want the bomb spotted are examples. If this is the case it should be communicated over voice comms.

Anyway, yeah don't pass the bomb. You get 3 kills if it goes off, much better than frag hunting anyway.

This happened a few times tonight, later on i must admit but still a bit of a shame. Can we keep a look out for people breaking the rule.

As people don't seem to be taking notice of this post, maybe a harder approach is needed with a warning for the first offence and then a kick.
The question is: Are it dMw members or regulars or people that are pretty new to the server and the gameplay we play?

The main problem we have is with dMw members/regulars who should know better. There are one or two members who still do it even though they've been asked not to.
I completely fail to see the reason, why people would even bother passing the bomb, accused like: Oh but i die so easy.. bla bla bla, cant really even justify it..
I say: First offence, public server warning, second time.. BANG /kick.. hopefully that will make em think twice.. tho tbh, dMw chaps should know better..

Can the admins add a message on screen similar to "please change sides at map change?"
So at the beginning of the map/round a message saying:
"If you have spawned with the bomb, please keep the bomb and attempt to plant it! - thanks!"
It's all very well telling people here, for the most part I think we all obey this rule (I think). It's the regulars to the server who don't visit the forums who need to know how to play the game. Warning them with strict repurcussions might frighten some away as they may see us as over zealous and too hard.
My feeling is we need to teach people how to play the game properly and not firghten them into playing the game properly :D
If it's people who don't know about it, then I agree Jabbs but the action I mention is for those members that just keep dropping the bomb, even after being told numerous times that they shouldn't. :sideways:
