We just used the old boundaries we had used on the original version on CS 1.x
They seemed to be working OK as we've had some good close games once the CT's realise they need to get at least two people in the vault area quickly. I'm open to suggestions on changes though.

I did ask on the first couple of maps but everyone just wanted to play. If anyone isn't sure of the maps and would like a walk round when the map starts then please speak up. It's hard to know who has played the map before and who hasn't. There are also people that would rather learn a map by playing it. :)

It is good to learn a map by playing, but I remember a few times getting shown round and people saying "This is probably the shortest route between bomb sites" etc. Stuff that is very useful to be told straight away. If you don't know a map I feel a tour is worth it for those tips alone.

Well, Whitey have provided the maps in one zip-file to download and that is how I got them all. I had a look at the maps from that zip and there were no problem.

Did you get on MH BB?

I was on Meathook for over an hour last night from about 9:30-10:40. I would have rather have moved to MH earlier but I'd rather play 6v6 on Boomer than 2v3 on MH. Once we had enough for 5v5 we moved. We also need to encourage new players and the non-dMw players on Boomer seemed to be enjoying our style of play :)

Good games last night, the action started early and after 15 minutes trying to get on Boomer (from about 7:45), I joined MH and the server was pretty full from then until I left at after 10PM. It makes a change to play the end of the map rotation as we usually restart the server before the action starts and only get to play the first half :D
Nice to see Reiken back for a short spell as well.

I started it out with some bot action on boomer at 7:00 UK time. Shortly after people started joining and the game was on. The game lasted until around 23.15-23.30 UK time, with loads of people all the time. Awesome and who said CS was struggling :yahoo:

On the last map we played a 2vs2 but when someone got killed on our team they had a tad of attitude (teabagging and such).

The team had done a great job getting you into the bombsite only to see you struggle for probably 30 seconds, at which point the CT's arrived and killed us easliy because we were too busy watching you! :D
