I swapped to daggers for now.

Did a little farm run and it was fun..  Will just have to see how it turns out with a raid and then see if i change back.

its not that we were finding it to hard, we just need to fine tune tactics and people knowing what they are doing all the time, o and getting elementals under control

What do you use to tank the infernals? We use myself (/flex) in 200 FR gear and just pull with exorcism although We got the rule that if the Inferno on you you run towards Jaina's tower so it doesnt kill the raid and its easier for myself to pick it up :)

Which is the generally perceived to be best way of doing it.

mm well i think thats a right decision in my opinion.....

We tend to have our infernos Hand pulled, by myself, with Exorcism and 75% of the time the infernals are within range, so i dont have to run into Anetheron and get sleeped / swarmed etc, But if the infenrals aren't getting killed quick enough or its over on Ane we have a hunter with a MD macro set on me to quickly get the next one over and give the DPS time to nuke the current one down while the other infernos coming to Hit me...

Also it depends does Smitey have the FR gear? otherwise Pest your pally tank into getting FR gear :P... I did and now theres no more pally tanks to contend with ^_^

Aye, due to range an MD rotation is easiest, you can then add exorcism when they are within 30 yards, we use it as a sor tof fail-safe.  The infernals do not spawn quickly enough to cause an issue on MD cooldown assuming you have 3 in the raid (which we usually do).  We do not like a tank running towards the infernals though as it means they (slowly) back out towards their final position and that innevitably means AOE damage to those around the route back to the tanking spot.  COmbination of the targeted raid member running to the tank, an MD and then whatever ranged aggro the infernal tank can add usually means the aggro is solid and the infernal's path to the tank quick.

Yeah we make sure that if the infernals called on you (normally called over Ventrillo by myself) that they head to me which means quick easy kill except for when i get stunned by infernal landing =/

But none the less.... once you got anetheron down and have Rage + ane on farm then you can move onto Kaz'rogal - What a lovely fight that is for Rogues + warriors + feral druids lol :D
