No sorry, Although I live South of London I usually go to the in-laws the night before and drop the family off in Saffron Walden. Then it's only an hour drive to March.

Apart from possibly Suicidal_Monkey I don't know anyone else within the confines of the M25.

That would be me. However I am planning on coming up on Thursday night rather than Friday morning. They don't know it yet but Fatbob and Frenzy are  buying me much beer at the local inbreds hostelry :eyebrow:

DA allways picks me up from Stansted.
This time with Lumi aswell but Doorman comes by Londen airports as Stansted sometimes aswell. Might be worth dropping a PM and maybe DA aswell.
Not sure what he's driving a.t.m.

I imagine I will be, though it depends if my knee reconstruction is scheduled in for then which will stop me driving.

If I am driving, was Crouch End the place I dropped you off last time, as that was a handy compromise?

I currently hope to make the lan but finances/time may both prove short later this year. If I do make it I am likely to drive up on Friday from Reading (a pickup might still be possible/arranged especially if plans change and I drive up from London instead - if I can organise a friday off for example!). I will be returning (assuming I make it!) to central London (KingsX) on Sunday.

If all else fails the train is quite possible (if a little inconvenient) from KingsX-->March ...I speak from experience - someone will be able to give you a lift from March station (if you arrange it before they start drinking! ;) )

Maybe we should keep this thread open for London/via london travellers

I'm in London on thursday night for a gig.. Might force GMjr to come with me and then we'll drive up after the show.

Gig's in Kentish Town from memory..

We could swing by yours afterwards but we'll have to sleep in the car (or just sit in the parking lot and drink) until Friday Morning..  NOW THAT'S A SCARY THOUGHT EH?

He Meant he survivied the 'Nam'..

Also, GMjr and I are looking into a room the night before the lan. It makes no sense for me to drive back from London only to get back on the road again six hours or so later to drive to March.

Also.. This is a one-way trip unfortunately. I won't be going back home through London.
