OLD! OLD! There is ONE Italian Job made in the 1960's and starring Michael Caine. There have been NO other versions. It is a timeless classic and one of the finest films ever made. Mr Doorman please say something about todays wayward 'yoof'

Mark Walburg and Donald Sutherland made some garbage with the same name a few years ago but it was about as far from the original Classic as you can get.

The 20 minute Normandy Beach Landings from "Saving Private Ryan"

makes me wince every time i see it

(The same could be said of the last 20 minutes of Shaving Private Ryan)

Also for happier times the intro (and first lil bit) of "Lock Stock and 2 Smokin Barrell's"

Including my favourite ever delivery of the line

" Jeesus Nick......You could choke a dozen donkeys on that...and you're haggling over a measley hundred pound"

Quality !!!

Kickapoo? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvvjiE4AdUI&feature=related)

It might be because I'm an immature at times (most times) teen but i always have a giggle when I watch this.

EDIT: Very strong language.

EDIT 2: oh this isn't a challenger for best intro, it's just funny.

Oooh some good ones in there! From the top of my head I could also add the intro to Raiders of the Lost Ark and Amelie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0211915/) (with the latter being quite fast-paced). For pure beauty, the intros to Coen bros.' movies.

Leon is cool, very cool indeed, but I think that intro takes three minutes to actually start... but when it does, it is good stuff.
