If the game is any good ill sooo be over that, i love the movies and the old game :yahoo:
Aliens v's Predator & avp gold started me on the road of online gaming, so i'll be keeping an eye on it, got a lot to live upto for me. I only ever wanted to play as the alien tho, running round walls & bitting peoples heads off, what more could you want?

Funnily enough at TL's BBQ I was telling Smilodon and Armitage how I could only play as a marine. Basically because I was recreating the experience of the films.
Marine just scared me too much.
Bleep.
Bleep.
Bleep.
poop.
i had the Atari Jaguar with AVP, !! brilliant graphics at the time but gameplay was mainly just walking for hours without anything to shoot, shame really

I could only play as the predator. I loved changing the vision modes and healing like in the films. (Only in AvP, AvP2 ruined the whole game for me)
Bump for those who have PMed me and asked about this game.
I've just read something Alien vs Predator 2 that they're closing down servers;

QuoteLike this month's exceptional Left 4 Dead, Colonial Marines is a four-player co-op game centred around survival: you're constantly under attack and the environments you move through are frequently hiding your enemy. However, whereas Left 4 Dead pitches you into the middle of a nameless American city awash in zombies, Colonial Marines goes for fan-pleasing recreations of the movie quadrilogy's best locations: LV-426, the planet where the Nostromo first discovers the derelict alien ship in the original film; the Sulaco, where Ripley joins up with the marines in Aliens; and Fiorina 'Fury' 161, the prison facility from Alien 3.
Four player co-op :yahoo:

Did people still play that? I stopped playing it about a week after it came out. Tribes 2 on the other hand seemed popular since they gave away all those key-codes.

One of my all time favorite games :)
