Was the controller detected as G25 or DFP? I can only imagine that if it was incorrectly detected then it could show only two pedals. Perhaps disconnecting the USB, rebooting Windows and then reconnecting the cable could help. Perhaps you have done all that already.

I had an old logitech wheel installed but maybe it picked up on the old drivers, I will try a reboot thats the the only thing i have not tryed yet,it detects only a logitech pro wheel and not G25 like you said thanks romus

There'll be a host of G25 owners along shortly with a full raft of knowledge at your disposal.

In the meantime ... Check that you are not using 'combined axis' in the Windows game controller (found in the Control Panel).

hi dan,
the correct profiler should have a picture of the g25 wheel, gearstick and pedals(3) if setup correctly for the g25. so if thats not showing then you have the the wrong profiler installed or it might be a conflict in the game controller setup.
if my memory serves me well, i had a similar problem when installing a mates g25 and a joystick together. i think the way i got round it was to remove the software for the wheel, making sure the wheel is unplugged from the pc. then check you controller properties and make sure there is no controller/wheel installed.
if there is then remove it.
reinstall the software and connect usb plug when promted. pretty sure this was how i did it
any probs m8 pm me :)

The Logitech profiler should be 5.02 Get it here (http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_software/latest_soft_main.htm#Logitech%C3%82%C2%AE_Gaming_Software_5.02)

help / advise needed please,  i would like to mod my standard G25 wheel, either of the 2 options

option 1 to add a  Momo Model 101 (£125) drill holes and mount myself

option 2 to buy a RSW-G25/4 from manu factory £240 just bolt on easy.

i would like to go for the cheaper option as i Prefer the momo wheel, how hard is it to fit a wheel myself and what other parts would i need,

:g:

I'd be terrified to drill holes in a £125 wheel! One tiny slip and.... I do know the predrilled wheels holes match the G25 holes exactly.

i decided to go for the drill it myself option, momo importers are local to me so i collected the wheel last night, carefully marked and drilled. to be honest the metal they use for the wheel is very soft so drilling was a breeze thank god, i then proceeded to make a 6mm spacer out of mdf, mounted the buttons to wheel job done,

quite an easy mod, took about 2 hours, played iracer last night and it felt really good, so well happy :yahoo:

the only thing i would like to do is to buy buttons that actually fit the pre drilled holes in the wheel, would you know where to get these from ron!

I used a couple of buttons off my Frex kit. I don't know where they were sourced from though, sorry.
