Today iRacing recalculated the SR points for everybody with a new formula.

Most people gained a lot of SR points. As an example I will use Doorman. He had a SR of 2.97 (road) yesterday, now he has 4.12. To advance to a new class you need 3.00. He even can make B next season if he puts in the races or timetrials. But I'm not sure he will make C as I can only find 2 races in season 4 and he need 4 races or 4 timetrials.

The people that was cursing the SR can now check their own and see how much better it is.:yahoo:

When the nags,  i.e. '1x off track' '2xcontact' etc. messages stop then maybe I'll try it again.
