I may not be able to attend this one, my insurance and consultant have finally agreed that they will try an MACI (http://www.maci.com/pat/detail/mc_pat_advanced_cartilage_repair.asp) on my knee.
The harvest process is now likely to be the 31st of October, so I'm kind of expecting not to be coming.
Couldn't we scrub down the toilet next to the LAN room with Dettol and then you could have it done there ... by sheepy ... before lunch would probably be best.

Don't waste good dettol on him. Benny can lick him clean!
Sad to hear that BFC but I can understand it's probably more important.

Best of luck with the surgery.
The recuperation process says you can come to the lan:
QuoteAs with most surgery involving joints, the patient’s recovery, and ultimate clinical outcome, following a MACI implantation, may be enhanced by adherence to an appropriate post-operative physiotherapy programme or the consumption of much alcohol at a gaming LAN. Please see your doctor for information on suggested rehabilitation guidelines.

Ps. I think calling you a defect is a bit harsh
QuoteThe surgeon will make an incision in the knee and prepare the defect by clearing away any and all damaged tissue.
