Well, here are the details for dMw LAN IV.
Please note that as we are restricting the numbers for this LAN; it will be on a first come first served basis.

(1) Whether you will require hotel accomodation for the night of Saturday 25th October?
(2) Whether you will require hotel accomodation for the night of Friday 24th October?
(3) Whether you would prefer a twin (shared) or a double room.[/SIZE]
Note: About 16 people arrived for the Friday evening at dMw LAN III and a roaring time was had by all - it is highly recommended!

Costs: For the venue - <£10 (est).
Costs: B&B room prices £39.00 for a double, £39.00 for a twin room (ie £19.50 per person). (the sole single room has already been taken @£25.00)

- confirmation of the gaming software that will be available at the LAN

- a meal for all to attend on Saturday night

One question TL, you ask whether we want accomodation for just 1 night or two, do i assume by this that you are making bookings for everyone on behalf of us, or are we still to order our own rooms?

Reservations for all of the above room shave been made for each player direct with the Hotel. We have not been able to get the price down any further, but then FatBob negotiated an absolutely rock bottom price to start with. I am waiting to hear from the hotel whether or not they require any contact from each player directly, I suspect that it may not be necessary, but will wait to hear back from them.

As we're all going to be there on Friday night is it possible that we could set it all up and get the show on the road then?
Seems a pity to get drunk and have to talk to Sadako, Benny, and Albert when I could just TK them instead..
Not sure how the venue owners would appreciate that.. Just a thought..

The great thing about the Friday is that it will allow us all to get into the room and get set up. But then it is a social event fro there on. We have not actually paid for the Friday night and given that peeps are generally knackered after the travel and long week at work then I would suggest we keep Friday social and then start promptly on Saturday.

Well their idea of flying to Dusseldorf would dump you at some obscure airfield 45 miles form the actual city, hence their kicking by Trading Standards.
So god knows what their interpretation of 'landing at Stanstead' is and where Sadako might end up :?
