Title: Samsung Hard Disks
Post by: GhostMjr on September 18, 2008, 01:37:49 PM
Hi all,

Thought i'd post my experience with this company for rma.

Drive died so went into pc world where i purchased it in the end it was out of warranty in store so I needed to contact Samsung directly. Polite operatives on the phone however could not get through to IT support as they had 3-4 days of ring backs to do for IT queries. There was no online rma system and so finally after a few frustrating phonecalls later i was able to find out samsung had outsourced its rma centre to Rexo Ltd. Drive is still covered and so everything can be sorted out through Rexo but couldn't they have told customers on the samsung site this information?

Drive sent back awaiting replacement. (18/9/2008)

Rexo is in UK - I have used them and they seem to have a very quick turnround.

yup, Samsung use Rexo for 'end users' only, they use another company for businesses, they only thing they don't do at the moment is Solid state warranty (return to supplier only) but I'm investigating!

Hello I should create a theme for Samsung SGH-E251, but the site is not this model ... how can I do? one of those present is compatible with the E251?

Thanks for the reply
