The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed that the Paypal button has been updated to match the new community bank account details, but it looks a little staid and boring to just have a 'Donate' button there.
If anyone would like to come up with a new button design that is a little more bespoke than the current plain-jane version please post it in here.
Winner of the competition will get the pleasure of seeing their button plugged into the Paypal code and displayed on our website sidebar!
Ideally the completed artwork needs to show:
- the donate element
- dMw in some way
- legible at button size
- anything else you think relelvant!
We look forward to seeing some button replacements from you in the near future!
Would one require a static button or some nice rollovers?
We can host it, so anything will be considered! All paypal want is a URL to get it from which would be on this server.

Would a transparant .png do? (might cause problems with ie6) or should i just put it on the light blue background that is used in the menu on the left side of the page?

The background colour for the light grey is f5f5ff . That's what I've used for my likkle pics further back.

IE7+ and FF, Chrome and Safari all deal with transparant .png files perfectly. IE6 on the other hand shows a dirty blue square instead of proper transparancy unless you work around it by javascript or something :p
