My name is James, I’m 16 from Chichester in southern England. I am currently going through my GCSE year at school so will be focusing on passing them. My situation at home can changee depending on homework / coursework, but is mostly good.

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
I have been playing computer games since i was about 10 years old, started with RPG games such as Dungeon Siege before being introduced to Half Life and Counterstrike, about the same time i started to hear about WoW
What kind of raiding experience do you have?
I never got a chance to raid Pre-TBC due to being inexperienced and being a casual player. But in TBC i started out just raiding karazhan, before moving to a more successful guild and clearing all raid instances except Sunwell Plateau. In WOTLK I have cleared 10 man Naxxramas, 10 + 25 man Obsidion Sanctum and Vault of Archavon. I have had some non-successful tries on Malygos getting to Phase 3 before getting smashed by Enrage
What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
I have been in Unity of Eternity, Silver Oak Guardians, Order of Avalon and Ghouls Go NOM NOM NOM. I had to leave Unity of Eternity due to the guild being disbanded. I left SOG to go onto a more successful guild, but left OOA in early WOTLK due to guild arguments. I am leaving GGNNN due to a lot of guild movement, people leaving to other guilds or for 25 man raiding, so i thought it was my time to leave as well.
Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
I am normally either on my paladin or on my Priest Gaebora, if not then i might be on my hunter Jìmzy (note accent on the i)

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you? Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
My current plans for the game is too seek a new raiding guild that has friendly people in and that i can fit in, as well as progress, nicely. I would like other people to know me as a decent tank that will always put 110% into whatever he does. My personality is a friendly and mature guy. The main reason i enjoy the game is due to its End Game Material, I’ve always been a fan of raiding and find it gives me more opportunities than doing PvP or grinding, although i do occasionally enjoy the odd day of both.
Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
The only thing i don't like about WoW at the moment is it's lack of End Game. Only 3 Raids is too little for my liking and i look forward for them to introduce more raids.

Why did you decide to play this class?
I have no real recollection of why i decided to play a paladin, due to it being created when i first started WoW, 3 years ago.
What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
In my opinion, my class's role is to be a strong tank or healer.
Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)
I chose my build to try and give the most benefit to my own Threat Generation, but also to include Heart of the crusader (3% Crit increase on judgment use) to benefit the raid, in case of no other paladin / elemental shaman in the raid. I found healing was too boring due to it only being a 'One Button' Spec and didn't like DPS due to it not being as powerful as other classes.

What do you look for in a guild?
I am looking for a social guild with a friendly environment so that i can fit in nicely as well as give my own opinion in discussions.

A guild that has potential to be one of the best guilds on the server
There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
I am applying to DMR due to having friends in the guild from past experiences. I am also applying to try and help the guild with its raiding.
Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?
I know nearly all of the old Silver Oak Guardian's crew, Sheepy / Evoxer / Jas etc. I first met them from Silver oak Guardians, but also from playing other games, such as Counter Strike Source with them.
Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?
I have read 'What we look for' and the 'philosophy' posts. I thought they gave a clear description of what DMR wants and hopes to achieve, as well as what they expect from people in the guild.
Annoying questions
A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
If something is said that i personally find offensive i will talk to the person and explain to them why i found it offensive. If it was really serious i would report it to a officer in the guild so that they could try and prevent it from happening again
Cake or Pie?
Depends what flavour the cake or pie is, but i prefer cake.
