A second server is setup and ready to go when we need it. It will run on port 27031 and it will be hosted on BA4. The only decision we need to make is whether to use NIC1 or NIC2 :)

If we stick with NIC1 being the gaming port I dont think the L4D traffic would cause probs to the drivers. If it does we could move it to NIC2.

Excellent. Fire it up - I'm dying to try out the super dooper turbo nutter b*astard server :D
