So..are we going to see any DMR participation in the GPC league?
A couple of the Concept Racing guy are entering the 1600 league, there seems to be plenty of room at the moment for 1600 drivers.
There will be 2 groups (30 drivers) that can pre qualify for each round, and at this moment there are only 22 signed up, so it looks like you are guaranteed a race at the moment if you sign up :)
There is a separate demo league for the 1600's as well :)
Speaking only for myself...no. The thought of HAVING to be somewhere every week rather puts me off. And the fact that being at the bottom doesn't do my fragile ego much good. :D Besides, I doubt I'd qualify.
For me it depends on whether or not the dMr hour race each week becomes a tradition or not. :) I'd like to participate in some regular races in nKP, but I think being in one league will be enough for me. That said, GPC looks like a very nicely run league indeed!
The 'hour', or at least 'long' race will be a tradition :) and it will be on the traditional Wednesday so joining the GPC league shouldn't be an obstacle as it's on a weekend. If I can figure out the not too instinctive method of signing up a team, I'll do so. Maybe you and Sean would like it.
I'm not dismissive if someone else wants to give it a go as well. :)
Did the recent server changes also affect the nKP server? (I'm thinking about the rather unfortunate disco's of last week...)
Was thinking about it, but I'm afraid I think ill give it a miss. Maybe once I get more familiar with close racing. Plus we already have hour race Wednesday, hour race Thursday and I enjoy the casual relaxed racing on the other days. :)
I think I'll pass too, for much the same reasons as Sean. Plus, I'm also trying iRacing now, so I guess I'll dedicate some of my racing time to that. :) Great fun at the moment

They did. We have found what we think was the problem, rectified it and there haven't been any problems, other than my own connection worries which I think I've beaten into submission, since :)
