I've been running a new addon to me for the last few months now and am happy to recommend it to the person (or persons) who have to organise the healing for the raids.
It's called Getting Things Healed (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info10457-GettingThingsHealed.html) and is activated with /GTH in game.
As well as analysing the raid to identify each healer spec it also allows drag and drop assignment, broadcast to the healer channel and a facility for a healer to whisper the person running the addon !heal which will then repeat his personal assignment to him via a whisper.
The addon saves profiles per boss so you can use them again next week and you can share profiles between people to allow one person's healing setup to be given to another officer for use the following week.
Well worth a try, I have been thoroughly impressed with it.
