Another thing for the list as and when
We can replace the link on the donate page with
(http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/2904/supportingmemberqf1.png)
this as and when.
fanks
easy, done.
Thanks. More for general discussion....
when you click the link, it takes you to a page which says subscription 3rd January 2009 to 3rd January 2010.
This isn't correct as the end date is per subscription not per calendar year?
That's your current subscription. It knows who you are and that you've subscribed so is being helpful and reminding you of the time left.
Try the page with your test user.
FYI, mine shows;
Active Subscriptions
Subscription Title Start Date Expiry Date
Supporting Member 18th December 2008 18th December 2009
The Active Subscriptions kinda gives it away :narnar:
ok ok sorry
Whilst I have you laughing at me - where's the guff for changing stuff in the navigation panel?
I'd like to change the link to the LAN to the latest one for instance. Can't see it in VB.
PS. Am sure I've asked this before, just can't find the answer if you've already told me. Thx
OK so I know bugger about html. I struggle to get a smiley on my posts FFS.
I'll have a go.
We also really need to update several other things on the Navigation panel. The dMw Community is certainly out-of-date,some of the CS links are dead and standards . I'll go through them a list out exaclty what needs doing then we can work it into phase III or whatever we're up to :)

Pls :)
Still at the office and got loads to do

That's the LAN one sorted. Once you decide on the rest we can have a go together, It's pretty easy TBH but we'll do it when you have time to spend on it.
Phew I thought I was going to get roped in there. Strictly speaking the forum doesn't begin till about 2" from the left hand edge of the screen so it's out of my jurisdiction :)
It's all in the AdminCP! I can talk you through it if needed, although anything complex and I wheel Gandalf the Guru in!

DogMeat is not taking the changes well. Can someone give him a hug or something:eyebrow:

At least Stryker thinks we are doing the right thing. Let Doggers have his whinge and he'll be happy.
I will keep my thoughts to myself....cause they're bad thoughts :eyebrow:
This guy has a big problem

He makes me laugh :)
Well after the hard work so many people have put in to the community and the real effort we've seen over the last few weeks it was really nice to get that message from Stryker applauding what we've done. Although he was instrumental in creating the dMw it's good to see how he is not bitter about the fact that others have picked it up and moved the community forward into new areas. Some mean spirited, ignorant and frankly pathetic people might feel all they could do was to be rude and insulting about what we have achieved. But not Stryker though. It shows him to be the bloke he is, thoroughly decent.

... at him.
Absolutely agree with all the above!

I really like Jon (Stryker). One of life's truly genuine people. Much like many people at dMW actually. There's only a few people that irk me. 95% of the people here I really like and look forward to seeing at the LAN's.
It's the people that make dMw.

Sorreee.
:roflmao: Ron,
Wasn't actually thinking about you but now you come to mention it :norty:
lol no, we may not agree on some things (most things?? :flirty:) but you don't irk me.
