Once on the Match server you need to execute one of the PAM mode commands (listed below) and then do a /rcon fast_restart

If you will only ever play one type of contest (eg, pam_mode ed_hc) then I can hardcode that into the server config but at present you need to choose what to load and load it via rcon.

If you use the console in CoD4 you would type:
/rcon_password xxxxxx
/rcon pam_mode ed_hc
/rcon fast_restart
In HLSW you can type in the "console" tab:
pam_mode ed_hc
fast_restart
In RconMax just make sure to connect to the server then type in the "Send Command" box:
pam_mode ed_hc
fast_restart
pam_mode ed_hc was just used as an example, not sure which one you are using.
