Finally finished off my last campaign in expert :D

All four levels complete at last

Great idea Snooks!

One night a week with both servers running expert would be a good idea.

The only problem i have found online with public servers for doing the expert campaigns is griefers. I will post up about them in another post.

Anyway on a brighter note i can't wait to start back with versus :D.

For those wanting to go for all 4 expert campaigns you will need to i'm afraid stick with campaign expert mode until you complete all 4, well the below happened to me and a couple of other people on the steam forum.

Basically if you play a server and get an expert level it can be counteracted by playing a versus or campaign mode in normal difficulty. meaning in decreases the counter by one. Not sure if this is a bug or this is meant to happen. This has happened twice to me as i show below:

So i played

death toll got 1/4
Played dead air 2/4
Played no mercy 3/4
played dmw versus or similar normal mode 2/4
Played no mercy 3/4
played normal single player campaign 2/4
played blood harvest 3/4
played no mercy 4/4

I am thinking of sending valve an email. Probably to Gabe Newell as the above is a bit unfair

Also, if your running zonealarm you will need to switch it off in game to gain achievements. This was the reason why i was refused do not dicturb on many occasions despite missing all the witches.

expert is a nightmare mode

if a boomer even farts in your general direction you fall over, ok slightly OOT but 2 slaps from a normal zombie and your screeming help as you lie on the floor, then 3 more kicks and your dead!!

so hats off ghosty for doing it on expert level (if we had a hats off icon i would put it here)

I think running the servers on expert is a bit useless, since you can easily host a game yourself which friends can join. That's what I do all the time and it works like a charm.

So if anyone is up for expert just give me a nudge, I should usually be ready to play!

Done 43/51. Need to do the harder ones such as survive a campaign without any survivors being boomer'ed etc.

To be honest completing expert levels is about luck. Last night my final one No mercy resulted in 2/4 players being killed after the first tank then the two left ran to the heli. I swung jumped on the heli to see my compadre being pulled back by a smoker. Then the heli flew off. Pure luck.

Cause you have to survive the extraction map (last bit of the campaign) to get the achi,

anyway im on 2 / 4, gaara we need to go at it again
