Actually its GTX Image v8.8 but basicly autocad.
They installed it onto my computer at work, but they don't have a manual and since I'm new, they aren't going to invest a full size course in me yet. I tried searching one in the companie library, but with zero results. Also asked most of the main users, which all said mr x,y and z have one, but they didn't...
So I've been searching the web and could only find the main manual version 11.5 on gtx.com. This manual has 528 pages, 500 of which contains commands or tooltips listed alphabetically. The problem is, I've never used an Autocad-ish program before, so its nice to know I have help with the 3,000 functions, but by the time I've read and tested em all, I'll be 65 years old and ready for retirement.
So my question to all of you, does anyone have or knows where I can get something like a starters guide, tutorial or something, where they tell you how to start, and give like the top 50 most used functions, so you can start making basic or advanced drawings. (in 2D)
Thnx in advance,
Lumi

I should mention that I'm not allowed to use internet at work so I need a pdf or something :)
My basics on Autocad are way back, might have a look tomorrow at work if we still have something laying around.
Will let you know on MSN.

Without you we would be lost. And I'm not even kidding.
BB, ty for posting the google links, but I've allready tried that ;)
Didn't provide me anything.
Most of them only give samples, or require payement.
Some of them are even hoax, they say they have the product, but then turn out to be a search page on there own.
Reason I posted here was that I couldn't find any, and figured there must be more users in this Community which should haven in contact with autocad and turorials. Hoping atleast one of you knows a valuable link, saving me a lot of time with just downloading html pages from a online tutorial site.
Unfortunatly noone replied with such, so I've been downloading all of the basics and beyond basic pages. Which aint working as fast and easy as hoped, but atleast I know can start drawing something that actually looks like the filed sketches which I need to digitalise :).
If they have something lying around I'll be very happy if I can also borrow it for a little while Duv, thnx for checking :)
We don't have anything Autocad related @ work anymore.
Sorry...
