i keep getting a retrying connection pop up during map changes sometimes letting me to continue if not booting me off is this the server or a glitch with the game ?
it happened to me & tox a couple of times when we was on the campaign server. Had to start again both times, but we found a shortcut on the first level or mercy hospital :)
Also happens on both versus servers quite often too.

I hope you didn't jump off the roof onto the aircon compressor.
The maps resetting will be the server crashing and restarting, something we are seeing and killing the server proceses and restarting from scratch seems to clear it.
We just need to let the "server" server admins know when its happening, as it needs the whole process restarting.

If that happens again shout me.(if Oldie or anyone else isn't available that is) I'll make a point of signing in to friends.
When a map changes the screen usually goes black and as i have my fps shown my fps will continue to flicker. After a couple of seconds the new map will load. If the retrying screen shows it can be a firewall issue but i had this several times. The sever does die sometimes between maps which is annoying if an admin isn't on but as i'm up to around 2am i suppose its just me and the owls who are awake :D
