Title: mouse scroll
Post by: Blunt on April 18, 2009, 11:49:08 PM
Lately my copperhead has started messing about while scrolling.
whilst scrolling up or down the page, it will jump back up or down a few lines every so often.(about every 10 lines or so and always in the opposite direction)

It's very annoying.:sideways:

any ideas?
I thought dirty sensors, but don't know how to clean them.

I suppose you've done what I've just done and had a Google? Drivers reinstall, firmware update? Cleaning, I use isopropynol for all my PC/electrical cleaning. Splash it all over, use a lint free cloth to wipe it.  Then let it evaporate. Best I can do.

I find my Lachesis stutters after changing between modes sometimes. I guess it could be a software thing. I'd try reinstalling them. It could still be the sensors though, so if you can figure a way to clean it that could fix it.

Hi Blunt, can't say much more than above to be honest.  I had a Razer mouse which did that too and I put it down to a problem with the mouse.

Are you coming to the LAN? Maybe you can borrow someone elses and see if you get the same problem?
