Probably the only other fFactor mod worth having: Caterhams, by Major_Parts (http://www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Caterham)
So long as you don't turn the HistoriX server into a Caterhams server... :)
Don't forget these; also worth trying and also one of the best mods with proper physics
Corvette Street version
http://rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Chevrolet%20Corvette%20C6
and BMW M3 CSL demo (http://rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=BMW%20M3%20CSL%20Demo), BUTTT with very important physics update found here http://www.geocities.com/n_heusink/rfactorphysics/physicsfiles.htm
I hate how they never show any in-car screenshots on those pages :ranting2:
Anyway, I'll stick to the HistoriX mod for the time being. I don't want to have a dozen mods sitting on my hard drive. When I get bored of HistoriX and my interest in LFS hasn't rekindled I'll give one of those a try :)
+1 for the Caterham mod. I've had it for a year or so and really enjoy it.
Good choice :D
Tried the C6 mod...It didn't push any of my buttons.
Specially for Oliver we're going to have a Capri 3100 only, week!

Haha. I'm actually waiting for you to take the Capri
out of the selection so I will be
forced to try a different car :D

Did you really think I'd be so petty? Shame on you. :sideways:
Actually, it did cross my mind. :norty:
A participated in a Race2Play caterham event a couple of months ago and I really liked it, but I have to say that HistoriX is still my favourite. :D

Without doubt. But variety is the spice of life :) ....so I've heard anyway. :g:

Well, after nimble fast and loud pure racing machines of historix and madness of Caterhams, Corvette may seem like a lazy limousine, after all it has about one and a half ton. But it is the one which revolutionized rf mods. Well actually it was caterhams, but Niels took physics standards to the very next level with the corvette. To me it is a fantastic representation of "ordinary" road car.
"variety is the spice of life" ;)

When will you announce a week of Caterham Classics or Academy then?
I don't want to rush this lot. Softly, softly catchee monkey.
How many of you have got the Caterham mod btw?
I think rFactor will keep us entertained for a loooong while yet. :D There's just so much great content out there.. really surprised me!
And then there's rFactor 2 somewhere in the future as well.. :flirty:
I'm not bored with the HistorX mod yet, not by a long shot :) And until then I won't be looking into other mods.

A proper man eh? Can't multi task. :) Oh, well done for signing up for the E90 race :norty: Oops! That's another mod isn't it?
EDIT: And there you were gone. Shame, I thought I had company.
