My little brother has all 4 too. PS3 sits mostly unused (and when it is used it tends to be for blu-ray), so does the Wii, 360 is played unrelentingly, and the PC sees regular use.

Whereas I'm of the opinion if you want to play a game, play it on a pc. If you want the gamepad experience, plug in a gamepad into the pc, if you want it on a TV buy a DVI to HDMI cable and plug it into your TV.

No need for a console. I'd rewrite the diagram:

Do you want to Play games? -Yes-> Buy a PC
                                      -No-> Buy a Mac/ cheaper PC/Linux machine for web browsing.

Can't afford a PC? -Yes-> Save up. Games are over £10 cheaper, you'll enough in time
                         -No-> Show off.
