I'll make the announcement regarding the change and then I guess you can start with asking for people to join the admin and games Committee.

We may want to start getting things in motion over the next couple of weeks and getting admin and competition committee started.
for the admin team I tended to invite people who we think are sensible and mature.... it's a short list :roflmao:
Seriously though, I'll leave it to you but the usual suspects, excluding the admins, are people including....

Delanvital and Tobious were newcomers - first appearing on last April's Admin Committee. Both of which were fine imo.
We don't want a million people and some of the above (and admins) may not be coming to the LAN.
The Games Committee can be done via the job vacancy list which could also be posted up in due course.
I'm happy to do it but wouldn't want to tread on your toes :flirty:. If you want to delegate it then give me a shout and I'll post it in your name.

the ball has more than been set rolling here.
there are a few more that will be dragged in closer to the date im sure as not everyone knows what they are going to be doing as yet.
im trying to get a few more people along from the wow section - it may even be possible that we have the first women attending the lan!!!!!!!!!

Any thoughts on any of the above. I've brought Toby in as he's really taken on doing the network and the cabling etc which is a pretty big job and he handled it admirably last time.
In addition to the Community Admins, all the Section Admins can hopefully see this. I'm going to do a post check to confirm.

Well I don't think we want too many so how I'll ask the top 3 Sn00ks, Lionheart and Smilodon (not lib as he's not signed up) - as the first tranche and take it from there if we need more on board.
