According to this (http://www.fanbolt.com/headline/4603/Shia_LaBeouf_Confirms_Indiana_Jones_5), and a ton of other interviews, Indy 5 is now "written" or the story is just "cracked"... seems Lucas and Spielberg were happy with Indy 4 after all...
