As we are progressing through Uldar nicley as a team we are starting to face the bosses that are a LOT harder to get down before enrage times and clearing waves of trash in time.
with this in mind we would like you all to look at the logs a little more closely and try to figure out where you can squeeze that extra few % out in your performance. This is not to say that everyone is not already working as hard as they can but to say that there is always room for improvement.
As an example to what can be achieved.

Sheepeze - resto shammy
Healing at 1600 hps (healing per second)
Looking through logs I realsied that I was under utalising Riptide and that I was fixing my chainheals on certain people in certain raids and I was going OOM far to quickly.
So
I went to the logs for a couple of raids and realised that i was under utilising riptide by putting it on wrong people at the wrong times and not getting the bonuses for it. When looking at my gems and having a chat with TL I figured out that my gems were not at there optimum as well.
A small change in my rotations and changing gems and I was amazed at the change.
now healing at an average of 1950 hps and not having anywhere near as many mana problems.
----------------------
I would ask that you all take a closer look at your gems and your rotations as it can make a huge diffrence, if you need any help then please ask, we may even send you a couple of points via a PM or chat to you ingame about something we have seen on the logs that may help you out and in turn help out the raid
think TL has mentioned this before, but if you would like to know the best spec/rotation/gear, then the best site i have found is http://elitistjerks.com/forums.php
Takes a while to understand all the stuff the waffle about, but really helped me with my priorities, glyphs and everything.
As sheepy said, its the little things we all need to do to make it easier as a raid
Sunday showed us that while we killed Kologarn, it was 2 minutes over our fastest kill so far, and Auriaya took way too long to get down too. The bosses beyond are even less forgiving as they all have a pretty tight enrage timer or some other mechanic that requires constant high dps.
I would concur with Fatdog on EJ. On their forums you can always find the latest optimal damage rotations, stat/gem priorities on gear and glyphs for each class/spec, and you can take their word for it that it's tried and proven true.
Have some practice on training dummies as well, or on farm bosses, to really squeeze out more dps when it becomes important, like on Auriaya and Kologarn, and everything beyond, basically.
Quite frankly I'm not sure what dps numbers to aim at, but maybe TL can enlighten us a bit on Elysium numbers? Give us something to aim for?
It's always worth looking through the logs which are kindly posted for us after most raids. Remember though you should look at the same class/spec where you can. What I mean is if you are a rogue and see you are behind another rogue for about 400 dps and you have similar spec/gear that it might be worth checking what rotation they use etc. Also you might find certain fights you can try changing your rotation, Hodir for example might benefit more weaving in more instant casts due to the increased movement in that encounter(Not every fight is Patchwerk ^^)
I'm always looking at different resolutions to issues in fights, for example Vezax. I'm already pulling out some spirit gems in favour of Int gems as innervate is no longer spirit based and is useless for Vezax.
Staying alive and gaining higher efficiency from encounter mechanics(light beams, campfires on Hodir) is still top priority, but spending 10 minutes looking at how other people use spells/abilities in logs etc might help, I hate 1% wipes lol :)
Here's some Elysium WMO numbers to play with. I have ignored Flame Leviathan as it's an iLevel fight, nothing more. There are also some oddities in there, like I play elemental in quite a few of those logs whereas my gear is mostly resto, so my ele numbers are less than ideal to target. Hope they help though.

Good stuff there, been looking and the Elitist Jerks site myself last few days, some really good info there, also i would like to know if it is possible to set up a naxx25 at some point over the next few days. I myself still need a trinket from there and i know that some of the other members of the guild still need a lot more gear from there. I know we need to push more into uldaur and get progress done, but at the same time if we can get some of our newer members some more gear, while they are looking at other stuff on the net to improve our dps on a individual level. we should see a overall improvement in dps as a whole.
