Anybody know of a good free one, which can do bulk find and replace?

What sort of file?  If it's bulk renaming of JPG's/image files then Acdsee does it perfectly. In fact it would work on all files if you remove the picture only filter.

It's free for 30days I believe.

Free Commander has several renaming options amongst its other useful tools: http://www.freecommander.com/ and it's free :D

Bulk renaming of files, I always use Total Commander (ghisler.com)
