Yeah im getting the same my connection is a little dodgy tonight.

I suspect that this happening at the same time as I'm updating Baldric to 1.6 cannot be a coincidence. Particularly as it's now at the stage where it's downloading the new weapon models. :eyebrow:
There may be some shared files between our two servers and the 1.6 upgrade *may* be overwriting them.
um i still need to dl 1.6 were can i easily get it from :blink:

Checkout the major CS sites and look for the 400Mb DL which will, in the long term, save you considerable grief.
There's also a bit torrent version knocking about for max DL speed.
And i cant get into my yahoo email account so i cant get any adresses or links :(

Mines 589 KB Ive installed it run it and... all it say is checking for steam updates..... and thenfatal erro failed to connect... ehhh?

Being intoxicated with alcohol during this most difficult time is indeeed a solution worthi of consideration. I considerered it sum hours ago. Implementation is well undre wayy and things doo certinly seeem tu be morre condusive to jolity and mererrriment.

I don't feel too bad actually. And Steam still seems to be working. I might even have a go at setting up a buy script later.
If someone could cut Steam/CS1.6 to CD and post it to me I would glady make copies and post them to all peeps who cant be arsed with the huge d/load...

so i changed the skin then the same message come up but 4 the usp , in the end i give up :rant: :rant:
i could do with a cd twig as i spent from 8.30pm to 2.00am trying to download 1.6 getting very angry :rant: for some reason the mirror site i was using finished download @ 220mb.
basicly didnt download properly so i tried again bad move its done it again.
