admin_plugin.zip (http://www.lugnagatan.net/mats/admin_plugin.zip)

Download this and extract if you download admin sounds at each map change.

Unzip to:

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\youraccountname\counte r-strike source\cstrike\sound

Thanks. The directory and files already existed, but let's hope this solves it.
