Hi all,
Hope you are all behaving yourselves while IÃ,´m away.
IÃ,´ve been cycling around Catalonia for the past week and now IÃ,´m having a couple of days R&R in Gerona before I fly back to rainy UK.
ItÃ,´s been blisteringly hot here, too hot to cycle really, but weÃ,´ve persevered.
I had mild heatstroke a couple of days ago, but recovered quickly.
WeÃ,´ve cycled what feels like a couple of hundred miles (my arse is in tatters).
Just the one accident; the brakes on euro bikes are the opposite to the uk, with front on the left. I had to brake hard and got it wrong....over the bars and into the ditch.
ho-hum.
Anyway, gtg the beer is waiting.
shoot you all soon.
Regards
Blunt

Good to see you are having a fun time. :D

Different bicycles are never a good thing. I stayed with Gaara recently and we went on some bikes of his, but I hadn't been on one for a while so was a bit rusty as it was. But to add to that the brakes were engaged by cycling backwards - took me a little while to get used to. :narnar:
