A brilliant read. I have to say he breaks his own rules by though, e.g. using a microwave. Wasn't he supposed to go completely native on this? But, perhaps that was a budget limitation...

If he cannot build some facility capable of producing the metal, and thus wants to use a micro oven, he should have built the micro oven from scratch as well! :)
